Welcome to the forums, PC. Good handle, good post. Sagas like Pirateat40's scam are captivating at first, but after a time become a touch boring unless of course you were unfortunate to be involved in the mess.

I'm in a slightly generous frame of mind, would you like a first-post tip? I'll need a Bitcoin address from you.

Many of us sleazy "panhandlers" on the forum provide a tips address in our .sigs.

It certainly makes for juicy reads!

Though similar scams occur with real money as well, it is now simply harder to hold a real person accountable after the dust settles
