Is there anyway to detect vpn/proxy /tor users??
How do you treat multiple email holder (cheaters) ? How do you manage them ?
you dont need make a thread like this honestly. just email them.
Block VPN/Proxy/Tor and check if the user claimed through a cookie or with the IP.

I'm not elite in this field and i may be wrong still i get an idea. May be block same IP uses different mail address and different IP uses the same mail address. And also block them, if found that they're using VPN/Proxy services.
So nobody cares about it
