how do i check that i mine on ethermine.org. here is my .bat file

i'm using etherscan to view my wallet id to see if it is working after 1 week of mining. I use mist to sink my wallet. here is my wallet id. why does it not show any ether? 0xb2c10ac3E5Dfc30744a245902577dFdB763Aef4C

I don't think there is a problem on your MEW
Maybe the reason that your ETH won't appear on your wallet is that it's empty maybe the mining pool where you mine didn't sent the eth yet just try to check the mining pool first

If you are mining on a pool, you probably haven't received a payment yet.
