Why you invest in something you are not willing to invest some time to learn some basic stuff. Bitcoin is very interesting area and you can learn a lot. There is a number of sources here in Bitcointalk or just Internet.People here can help you. Just try to be more specific about description about behaviour, symptoms.
And look to your threat, with subject of Help!!! .... Have look around and learn how others are using this powerfull Bitcointalk forum. Just think and read twice please.
