Hii, I bought a miner s4 and I want to make it work but I do not know how, please help me.
Why you invest in something you are not willing to invest some time to learn some basic stuff. Bitcoin is very interesting area and you can learn a lot. There is a number of sources here in Bitcointalk or just Internet.

People here can help you. Just try to be more specific about description about behaviour, symptoms.
And look to your threat, with subject of Help!!! .... Have look around and learn how others are using this powerfull Bitcointalk forum. Just think and read twice please.

Good luck

We need a lot more details.  Just saying it's not working is not going to get any help really.

What does PSU lights look like?   What did last owner say problem was?

Check out this thread by doggie https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/guide-dogies-comprehensive-bitmain-antminer-s4-setup-hd-813417
He has gone in length with it in order to describe how to set it up from start to finish. One of the best tutorials you'll find.
If there's a specific error or issue you're having, share it with us, there's always someone that will help out.

cheers
