Yes, If the main reason you're looking for a VCC for your PayPal is so you can buy bitcoin, using Bitcoin Debit Cards would be easier and you won't have to go through PayPal either. If you're set on using PayPal however, then go to the Digital Goods sections. There are plenty of sellers there who offer VCC for PayPal/Amazon.

I do not know if spectrocoin accept paypal is not through this way you will get an additional transaction fee, I'm sure the place you live there is local exchange so i think you can buy at there.

SpectroCoin Vcc accepted by paypal but a problem come Spectrocoin not support my country and my paypal need to verify by Visa only not by Mastercard
