Hi, co-founder of Exodus here. Sorry about the problem. Here's how you can fix your balance: http://support.exodus.io/knowledge_base/topics/my-balance-is-not-correct

We discovered a bug recently that can cause these sort of things. We fixed it and will be releasing a new version on Fri, Feb 17th at 10 PM PST (GMT-8) to fix this.

If things aren't working, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] (me personally: [email protected]) or call us at 402-500-0805.

What wallet do you use?
Which addresses do you use?
If you give more information we can help you.

I use Exodus mainly. That is the one that was out of sync (the one that showed 0.233 on my laptop and 1.07 on my desktop). The other wallet was Electrum.

What addresses do you mean? the public key I recently sent to?

I opened a wallet on my laptop yesterday and it showed that I had 0.233 btc in it. I thought that this was weird because I thought it should have 1.07 in it. I sent the btc to another wallet and it sent and received it. I then sent that to the wallet on my main PC (the one with the 1.07 in) and again it updated the total. Then I sent all of it to another wallet but it hasn't arrived.

After doing some research this morning, it would seem that the wallet that I opened was out of sync, so the btc in it were actually part of the total of the one with 1.07 in. Now I've sent a transaction with the combined totals, so my wallet registers as zero and no bitcoin has arrived.
