Bring the memory clock down and try again.
This error is because of excessive overlock.
How long have you been mining on that instance? I've come across that error occasionally when i'm installing a new graphics card and am still tweaking overclock and undervolt settings. That error usually comes out when I am pushing the card to the limit. Depending on how close you are to the limit of your card, you may notice it immediately. Finding the perfect settings for your rig takes time.
Well, seems to me you have started sg miner for amd card on NVidia card.
You have to use claymor eth miner or eth miner for NVidia cards
Then it will work nicely
He saying get temperature error, temperatur takes trough video driver.

Is it working previously? seems like a driver error, try to clean uninstall then install driver.
Not sure for GTX but AMD's has issues upon updating win10, either ways, just in case you need to disable win10 update
