Because he's here for the same reason 99% of people now sign up for. He's heard you can make money here by posting so that's why he is so interested in 'ranking up'. Also like the majority of people signing up they often have little to no interest or knowledge of bitcoin other than they heard you can make money here, hence why he's creating such stupid/pointless threads as these:
