I think you are referring to screenshot on word? Is that it? You might need to paste it in paint first. Then, crop the image you want to be seen. Then drag or post it on imgur.com. After putting it in imgur.com get the link then click the insert image tab in your reply. Then you're screenshot is done.

No it is not possible to use the word file on the forum like uploading and all. Instead of that you can directly write on the Google sheets and share the link to the forum wherever it required.
This is how it should goes with the forum.
Even when you want to use the image on the forum. You could use the imgur or other image resource website to upload and then you can share the bulletin code given on that site to make visible to all here.

You cannot upload a word file (.doc) here.
You can upload it online on a file hosting service then put the link here (or Google drive for example).
Another possibility is to take screenshots of the document, upload it in imgur (or other service) then put the links here.
