Just mine only Etc because the Dcr which I believe is for Decreed has been invaded by Asics and it is worthless to mine just like Zcash has become.
If you want to do yourself a favor try Winminer as from all the tests I have done it is the software which gives me higher rewards daily in crypto at least in my rig with 6 cards 1060 Gtx 3 GB versions.

From the looks of it you seem have some trouble on Suprnova pool
you must specify a worker name, in your config above you only have a Login name
take note of this portion
-dpool stratum+tcp://dcr.suprnova.cc:3252 -dwal YourLogin.YourWorkerName -dpsw x -allpools 1
with that, it is mandatory to create an account on Suprnova pools and from there you could also specify a worker name
