Im not sure how Authy works, but 2FA is basically an sms with a verification code to your phone number right? How is that tied to the phone? As long as teh sim is there, it will come on any phone right? Am I missing something? The 2FA's never reach my number, so I've never been able to use it.

Do not change your 2 FA ever for an individual. Never give anyone access to it this includes your phone and other devices. Do not disable it, unless its in irreparable situation. This seems it potentially is one.

If you used Authy you could recover your keys with your phone numbers.
You must recover your phone to gain access to your account. I can't manually remove it.

May I ask which application did you you use for your 2FA? Did you use Authy?

I stated that when my friend dropped it it turned off and now its a green
blob, i can provide picture proof etc. I am who i say I am. It would be
unpracticle to get it fixed as it costs $210 but i can get a new phone for
$200. Am i screwed?

I'm sorry but I can not do that. You have to remove 2FA by yourself using your phone.
