if you consider investing your money into mining,be sure to check out which coins are profitable to mine at the moment.having cheap electricity is a good start,if you could invest atleast 20k$ it will be a good start if you are planning to mine bitcoin,if not there are a lot a crypto currencies to mine out in the world.Monero and ETH are a few examples ,you can set up a profitable mining rig with less than 10K$

If you get it at a good price, into the country and have good stable internet & electricity, then yes it may be profitable. I would still probably suggest just buy & hold though. Careful not to get a bad deal second hand.
we must calculate difficult too, also don't focus only at mining, we can use our internet connection for staking some potential altcoin too.
we can use the reward of staking for paying electric fee

a while ago i heard that there is a new ASIC miner released if i am not mistaken it was a new ant miner that was supposed to make it good for the people who are interested in mining and are not a big mining farm. so you should take a look at that.

also you can always buy a nice GPU and start mining altcoins.

If I were you, I would first determine what I want to mine, and then ask the question based on that. Let's just take
Bitcoin mining as a example for now, and use online mining calculators to determine if it is profitable to mine Bitcoin. Here is one example of such a calculator : http://www.coinwarz.com/calculators/bitcoin-mining-calculator

It is not to say, that if Bitcoin mining is not profitable, that you should not consider mining, there are many other Alt coins with much lower difficulty that can still be mined with some nice profit margins. ^smile^

In your case where your electricity cost is very cheap, I think it will be profitable for you to buy a miner. Here in my country, electricity is a bit expensive so only few people buy a miner to mine bitcoin/altcoin.
I hope electricity cost in my country will be as cheap as in your country so we can buy miner for profit purpose.

We do not came from English speaking country so it is okay if we are not fluent in English.

Like what you have said, if the electricity in your country is cheap then you could buy it.  It is really helpful to generate more bitcoins than normal thing.  Plus, you should make it a point that the internet connection in your place is stable.  You really need a good internet connection when you are up to mining.  Aside from mining, try the other way like investing and trading.

Yes it is profitable to buy a miner ,as i've known one kind of it AZIK minner it is a hardware that lets you mine bitcoin which use less electricity and you said electricity bill is cheap on your country .it will make you much profit with it.but it needs an non-stop internet connection . I hope it helps.

damn that's very cheap electric cost.
i recomended to build gpu mining, it's cheaper cost than building bitcoin mining, building 1rig with 5 Rx 470 4gb is the best cost for highest rate at this time.

That's not bad when it comes down to it, probably cheaper than a majority of other places around here, it's something like 1/3 what I get here.

There are a ton of calculators and so online that you can go out and use, and they can tell you far better than anyone else here whether or not it is a decent use of your time.
