No. Useful cards are double slot beasts. If you put 1 slot of space between each card you would be 9 + 22 = 11 slots on a case. The average case has 7 slots.

You can buy a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112327 that's about the cheapest 11 slot case I know.

Otherwise look to custom builds. Wood / L-Beams, etc.

Looking for a case to support 4 graphics cards, all on risers from the motherboard.  Are there any desktop chassis which would be suitable for this? Or does anybody have any suggestions on the easiest way to do this, or a case that's easy to mod in this way?

I already have a motherboard with 4 PCIe slots, but, they're all very close to oneanother.
