AgoraDesk and Localmonero may ask for KYC verification. I have never used the 2 platforms initially when the were set up, perhaps KYC wasn't a deal back then but when I checked the Terms of service today, they do talk about verification for some accounts

This is a quote from AgoraDesk's ToS, they are similar to localmonero's

Quote
Your account must not contain misleading or fraudulent information, including, but not limited to having a non-personal phone number, creating fake reputation information for your account, faking your country of origin or providing fraudulent identification documents. We may at any time require you to complete our ID verification process and may also require you to submit additional identification documents to AgoraDesk if we deem it necessary. Failing to complete ID verification will be considered a violation of this agreement. We may close (upon which the account's cryptocurrencies balance will be forfeited), suspend, or limit your access to your account or to other Services we offer, and/or limit access to your cryptocurrencies balance for up to 180 days (or longer if pursuant to a court order or other legal process) if you violate these Terms of Service or any other agreement you enter into with AgoraDesk, or as otherwise specified in these Terms of Service or other agreement you have entered into with AgoraDesk.

So it would be good if members are fore warned.

I found a gold mine: https://kycnot.me

This site is too cool for us. It checks all these criterias besides non-kyc for the site:
Quote
Verified   P2P   No personal info   Cash accepted   No account   Tor   KYC if suspicious   Custiodial   Refunds w/o KYC

And, it also lists out other non-kyc based services and utilitiy sites. Pretty fucking cool.

A lot of new and unfamiliar names on this list for me, could be interesting. Would anyone have used any of these services?

We currently use a few traders that now have their own private whatsapp and yahoo chat groups (used to be localbitcoins but now they ban a lot of different types of payments and anyway easier to deal with people you know already from there) but sometimes still good to find new routes.

It's the Christmas holidays 🎅🎅🎅 and I'm a bit busy at this time so I couldn't read the latest posts. My life doesn't turn around Bitcointalk. I already did some modifications since, but I will update the original post in the next days, and It doesn't matter to me if the exchange is anonymous

On the other side, I did notice you're a coinbaazar's fan  Smiley

Please dont take it literally , i never mean to say dead as in dead , he mentioned coincola and other p2p exchanges , which doesnt even have an address and the whole exchange is anonymous, rather than coinbaazar , which is far more better than other p2p exchanges .lets see if he comes out of his pandora box and check his list once again

I think op is dead also , he is not even checking , just put the list and not making any corrections.
He isn't dead. It's voluntary work. No need to throw blames around. I am sure he hasn't seen the latest comments in the thread but when he does, I am positive he will update the OP. The least you could do is appreciate what he has tried to do rather than negatively criticize.

In addition to the above, I'd suggest removing swapngo as well. The site is pretty dead. It only has one offer and a few users and the bitcoin price has clearly not been updated for a very long time.

My Bitcoins are still hold by the scam company localbitcoins.com.
The funny thing is they dont even reply to your support ticket where you have upload the KYC pictures. And if you open a new ticket they reply you should to the old ticket, even if its already closed.

Kucoin has p2p trading option now. I have come to know about this recently when they announced about BDT/USDT trades. You can get some insights here- https://m.kucoin.com/news/en-kucoin-launches-p2p-fiat-trade-for-the-usd-market-via-paypal-and-more?lang=en_US
As I personally didn’t use the platform yet, I have no idea about the requirements but possibly check soon and update you.

Thinking to move away from Localbitcoins fully also. I did pass KYC but it was very troublesome, and lately I notice the prices of the buyers are getting less and less (in my local currency).

I have tried bisq before but it was too difficult for me. In all that list from OP, what does OP himself use and which has the best prices and good dispute in case I get conned?

I got scammed by Localbitcoins.com they ask me to verify more then 1 year. They locked my bitcoins with the reason, unauthorized login, but that is not possible. Because I have google authenticator and email 2FA activated.
Once I pass the verification, they lock my account again, without any reason.
When I resubmit all my papers, then they say: "oh, you need to submit your documents at another chat", then if I do it, they say: "They say I need to verify again".

LBC is scamming its users! - Of course not all users, otherwise they nobody will use them anymore. - But I have some other friends they also get scammed by LBC(yes LBC, not the users on LBC).

LBC have stolen me 2 BTC, they are soo evil.

How about adding bitpanda to the list. It's working since 2014 and

Why? It's not a P2P marketplace.

i found no accusations against it.

And I have.

E.g. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitpandacom-pretends-they-cannot-verify-me-after-keeping-my-money-5218383

Just search for bitpanda in the Scam Accusations board. Same with googling 'bitpanda scam reddit'. Not saying they're blatant scammers, probably just a ham-fisted approach to AML compliance, but that's enough not to recommend them (like most other places).

I have made a basic table as of now, its very incomplete obviously, I'll try to find the info I can, but I have had trouble opening a few sites from the list, either its blocked in my country/malwarebytes is preventing its access for me. I think I also missed out the last two names from the list as well :/.

Also I use this site for converting normal tables to a bb code its so much better: https://www.teamopolis.com/tools/bbcode-table-generator.aspx

Good list, thank you for this. I think it'd be really helpful if you make the list into a table with categories/features like : Kyc(yes or no), supported countries, accepted currencies, payment methods(bank transfer, paypal etc), liquidity,  withdrawal Limit(if any), scam accusations(if any), social media/other useful links , and any other important information I missed out on.

Paxful requires KYC (since the 1st of January IIRC):

- Mandatory for sellers (to create a listing).
- If you just want to buy from existing offers, then you can do that without KYC until you reach 1500$ in trading volume.

LocalLightning is no longer operational: https://twitter.com/LocalLightning/status/1238174292698968066

I have tried bisq before but it was too difficult for me. In all that list from OP, what does OP himself use and which has the best prices and good dispute in case I get conned?

If you don't mind verifying your identity, then Paxful is a good option. I got scammed once (a couple of years back), and they were very responsive and helpful (they banned the user, and gave me his IP addresses).

As mentioned above, LocalCryptos is good too, but liquidity can be an issue sometimes.

Bisq mainly but since you find it too difficult... It may be confusing for some people but once you understand it's easy and their 'anti-scam' system is quite efficient. (Why not using their topic here to ask your questions? Or better with their forum/chat/subreddit)

Localcyptos & Hodlhodl are good alternatives, I believe a lot of people who left LocalBitcoin switched there. However, I can't comment on their dispute system.

Bitcointalk can also be a good place too, I do a lot of deals here regularly

Thank you for this I will add the details and screenshots  etc to that this evening!

Recommended... stay away from http://moontrade.org they seem to be a fraudulent website. I've tried to sell Bitcoins on their website and unfortunately it's been in dispute status for over 4 days with no response. 3 trouble tickets have been placed with support and even though it states it will Auto cancel after a short period of the buyer not responding...nothing happens.

STAY AWAY can provide screenshots as well.
I remember moontrade, they used to have a signature campaign here, last year i think.
It would be better if you just opened up a scam accusation in this board, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 with all the details of how you got scammed including Tx details, screenshots and chatlogs

I mean if in one sentence you're talking about how bad the liquidty is for BTC/USD why in gods name would someone use the platform for BTC/ALTCOIN?..... Just saying.

It depends on what BTC/ALT pair you are looking at.

I just looked up BTC/LTC and I am surprised with how 'much' liquidity there actually is available; https://bisq.network/markets/?currency=ltc_btc

I'm pretty sure that you can get the job done there as small fish (which most people are) without loosing too much due to slippage. I honestly wouldn't mind losing a small percentage to slippage when I can buy or sell Litecoin (or other top tier altcoins) without KYC in a trustless manner. People who care about actual trading and the smallest profits will obviously ignore dexes.

I'd say its very important to note certain things for certain exchanges. I'll show what I mean below:

Local.Bitcoin.Com - Nice site and all, but you have to know that you can only use this to buy BCH. Just from browsing through their BCH ones though, it seems to be pretty

I'm going to edit these to include the others, just wanted to include this quickly.

Bisq {a decentralised exchange platform network} is a peer to peer marketplace for trading bitcoin with FIAT. It's a great platform and doesn't require KYC.

Yea sure liquidity is really bad(and is worse for BTC/altcoins) unfortunately, but you can also trade BTC for some altcoins on Bisq. It's seriously underrated.

Also Coinplaza which works only with Lightening Network and supports over 20 coins. Also requires no KYC.

Coinplaza is a good exchange indeed. However, I believe you are mistaken here because you can buy or sell any coin listed there and LN payments is just a plus (which I find very useful).
The only inconvenience is the 100€ daily limit for unverified accounts.
LN can't be used for big trades, it's mainly used for micro paiements. I have been redirected to coinplaza by an ad showed signature in a reputed forum profile and succeeded to submit some fast swaps but didn't try it for a trading in it like doing a business.
100€ is quite enough for LN users as a daily limit and i see no reasons if it's a real concern to increase this limit .

Binance also have a p2p marketplace just launch last month but their web version is not yet launched. You can only access it through mobile IOS and Android and if you are registered on Binance P2P Global Merchants Program through this link https://forms.gle/4MR1xvUcXmBxvwHK7

I don't know if they require KYC but I think it will be the same as their normal exchange with 2BTC limit for non-verified users.

I got the source from here Binance Launches Global Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Merchant Program

Another one is elbaite.io for Australian P2P exchange they require KYC according to their blog post here "Will Australia Have an Official AUD Cryptocurrency?"
I never heard this one here on the forum but I found them when searching on Google. According to Whois, it was registered on 2017-12-19 so the site is running around 3 years.

I could add Bisq but it's more a decentralized exchange than a marketplace and there are plenty of lists in the forum (I posted one myself long ago).
As for Coinplazza, it's more a centralized exchange than a marketplace, I believe it has its right place in a list like the one @OmegaStarScream posted not long ago here. If people are looking for accountless exchanges better to redirect them to his thread.

I will finish the list I still have a few websites to add

Nice list, OP.

Just a suggestion though, maybe include a personal judgement on whether or not the p2p exchange has high/low liquidity and whether or not the spreads are high?

The problem with most of these newly formed p2p trading platforms isn't the fact that their service is crap, but rather because there is a lack of buyers and sellers listing ads. You can often see 10% spreads on the most common payment processors, which is quite absurd.
I will try, np

Spreads are going to be pretty important. This is something that I'm going to look at when I do my personal notes for each one of these exchanges.

As the information on the fees and stuff on their website aren't going to be enough. I know that a site like PaxFul charges a pretty hefty penny for withdrawl fees, but the spreads are typically fine.
