Gemini: Available to users in all 50 U.S. states. Highly liquid exchange. Insures funds held in hot wallet. Strong security framework.

Coinbase: Large number of cryptocurrencies and trading pairs. Offers both beginner-friendly and advanced trading platforms. Highly liquid exchange.

Binance: Low non-instant and instant buy fees. Extremely large coin selection. Numerous extra services.

FTX: Perpetual swaps for 15 assets. Offers tradeable altcoin indices. 45+ leveraged tokens available.
Which one you want to go with depends on the country you are in. For me Binance is fine. But that does not mean others are bad. Personally I do not like Coinbase, they are untrustworthy to me with my data.

On the other hand no centralized exchanges are good. You have many risk with them. If you KYC with them then you are trusting them with your data. Binance hacked twice, Coinbase shared their data with third party. I have not much idea about other two. If you are concern about privacy then p2p is the best.
