No. Addresses starting with 3 is a P2SH address. They can be a non-segwit address too.

Thanks for the tip

Just FYI, if you want to use Electrum but want a Segwit address starting with 3 (better compatibility), you can easily do it:

1. Go to iancoleman's BIP39 seed generator[1] (optional - download the source code and run offline for better security);
2. Select 12 words and generate a new seed;
3. SAVE THIS SEED AND DON'T LOSE IT! You can't see it again in Electrum and without the seed you can't restore your wallet in the future;
4. Download Electrum[2];
5. While creating the wallet, select: Standard Wallet -> I already have a seed -> Paste the seed from step 2.
6. Click Options -> check "BIP39 seed" -> Next.
7. In the Derivation part, paste m/49'/0'/0'/0 and click next.
8. Now you have an Segwit wallet with addresses starting with 3.

MyCelium does not support Segwit. In fact, none of the Android wallets which I currently use support segwit.

Greenaddress for Android should support segwit, if I remember correctly. I don't really like them though, lost quite some BTC a few years ago.
Green Address and Green bits support Segwit (P2SH-P2WPKH)
Samourai Wallet also supports Segwit too and spending to Bech32 addresses.

Here from Google search I  guessed that the address that starts with 3 is known as segwit address .

If its a Segwit, it would be a P2SH-P2PWKH address.

And second thing if I am right then give me any site ( trusted 100% ) from where I can get my segwit address .
Electrum.org or https://bitcoin.org/en/download.
And also not only I want get address but also can import in mycelium Android wallet using private key .
