I didn't expect replies from very old and reputable .embers on this forum.
Thank you so much guys for trying to help just to update you
The guy who sent me the transaction doesent reply on email since we dealt.  But somehow I retrieved something I sold to him. So I guess he tried to do a double spend transaction to scam me or otherwise I don't know why he didn't reply for 2 days.
So the transaction seems it will never be confirmed and it's disappeared from block cypher explorer with message transaction doesn't exist
But still it's appear on other block explorer websites
It's just 12$ thought so it doesn't matter to but it's nice lesson
And again thank you so much guys.
It can't be searched on blockcypher but with other websites, it can. Just like in blockchain.com, it can.

But if that's ok to you, the transaction might be rejected after several days if no miner will confirm it. I guess it's all done on your part and you're ok with it so it's now good to close the thread.

...Thank you so much guys for trying to help just to update you ...

I think if this is not related to fraud, then you just need to wait 5-7 days and you will get your $ 12 into your wallet. I had a similar situation when, due to the fact that I had to transfer a very small amount, I decided to save on the network commission.

Just checked the amount transacted and as you said it's pointless to go for CPFP option. But how do you say that the transaction is from a website because OP hasn't mentioned something like in the thread. And I don't think any reputed websites will send a transaction with such low fees.
Sorry mate, i missunderstood this sentence from op who was talking about the suggested sites to help him confirm his stucked transaction:
And first site I used it yesterday and nothing I think it's fake site

Still unconfirmed due to the low fee that you have paid. What's the wallet the person sent you for that transaction? ask him so we can find out if there's a feature for RBF or increase. For those suggestions about viabtc, the fee is very low and they will not accept that fee to accelerate.

today I waited an extremely long time for tx confirmation.
As a reply above, rebroadcast is the best option when you have unconfirmed transaction or replace-by-fee option, just increase the fee if your transaction generally isn’t processed immediately. If you are using Electrum wallet for this transaction, it could be found on "Tools > Preferences > Fees > Enable Replace-by-Fee".

Much better if we use a small fee for the transaction lets check first in to the Mempool (which is a waiting area for the unconfirmed transaction) If the data shows high Bitcoin unconfirmed, I rather suggest using high fee if you can't wait too long.
As of now, we have high unconfirmed transactions shown on data analysis.

I suggest to OP to replace the fee, sometimes acceleration services won't work.

I understand but im the receiver nit the sender so can't increase fee.
Maybe it will stay stuck
Why not ask the sender to rebroadcast the transaction with a higher fee? Or try CPFP
OP received this transaction from a website. I doubt if they will broadcast another transaction with a high fee just for him.
As OP is the reciever, the only available option is the CPFP. But the amount in the transaction is too low (about 12$) so he may lose the half of this amount in fees for a second transaction.

The transaction is still pending with a low priority in mempool: https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/transaction/0155f2089fef0095d4dd17bba5a8696696db9256123a7977ea5226319dee16b5

Not sure if the fee will be fine with them or too low though.
The set fee is too low to be accepted by viabtc, they'll only accept transactions that has included a fee of at least 10 sats/byte.

Today network is so slow, I'm waiting more than eight hours for my transaction. I think https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ helps to accelerate my tx.
Here are what some tools say about this tx, it won't be soon https://mempool.space/tx/0155f2089fef0095d4dd17bba5a8696696db9256123a7977ea5226319dee16b5

If you don't mind I ask what fee you used to wait 8h ?

(38.669 sat/B - 16.437 sat/WU - 590 bytes)
This is automatically recommended fee from my Trezor wallet, I didn't customize it, always using this default fee, today I waited an extremely long time for tx confirmation.

Try viabtc again but you have to try to be the first to get in on the hour - so set an alarm for what is currently 48 minutes away and leave the site loaded up with your txid on it and in the clipboard in case you have to refresh.

Not sure if the fee will be fine with them or too low though.

Will try your advice once more in first minute in new hour
I tried yesterday and they declined for low fee. Thanks ]

The fee you used is too low and I see no way to get confirmation for this tx unless you directly contact a miner and they include your tx in a block. As of now, your fee is far below than the average required fee. At the moment, you have no choice but to wait or increase the fee which isn't a good idea since your amount is too low.
