Ok something's gone bad.. I went to send bitcoins
To a temporary address on localbitcoins (as I was selling them to a buyer) and when I sent he closed the listing saying that there was a sudden fall in price.

Now on the listing it says "any funds will be sent back to your localbitcoins wallet, it's not
In there or my bitcoin wallet.

Any advice on where to go from here because I think I may have lost a lot of money

Everything looks fine to me, it has 13 confirms now, but looks like it was spent again.

If the fee is zero, why would any miner have the incentive to include it in a new block?

Could be because you set the fee to zero, give it more time.
