Ah is that definitely what it is?
I would wager 0.002 BTC that this is DEFINITELY what it is... especially if your Electrum wallet says [2fa] in the title bar next to the wallet name.

It is simply the prepayment for 20x 2FA transaction credits... if you click the little blue shield icon in the bottom right corner, you'll notice you now have 19 credits (your transaction used up one):

Should not be a problem... Your wallet created a new address and send the rest of your coins to that address. As soon as it confirms you should see your btc again.
The transactions are confirmed yet my balance is almost zero... There is a very small amount of bitcoin left at this address and despite all transactions being confirmed, my balance is nearly zero.
What is the transaction ID of the transaction that "transferred nearly all of the BTC in your wallet to an address that you do not recognise".

And/or

What is the address that the bitcoins were transferred to?
This is the transaction ID : https://blockchain.info/tx/2b56f35244a51e81ce9c6869dcdc464d0dbc64e4f3923c57d3f0a92163fd3e99

Address they were transferred to : https://blockchain.info/address/18HTyd4UyXYAmCRRkDjtKMuBeDbjUo8HUx

It looks like you decided to use TrustedCoin 2FA without paying attention to the fact that there is a fee associated with that service:

Hi,

I had some Bitcoin on my Electrum wallet. I transferred a very small amount to Binance. When I checked my Electrum wallet, nearly all of the Bitcoin was gone. I checked the Blockchain and there were three transactions from my Electrum wallet address. Two of them were small and went to Binance. However, there was another transaction at exactly the same time which transferred nearly all of the BTC in my wallet to an address that I do not recognise. What's happened?
