I have had a bitcoin transfer stuck at unconfirmed for 18 hours now! I don't know what to do. Is there any help in these forums??

I had one that took a while to confirm, but eventually it was in my wallet.  Patience...

The first transaction that hasn't been confirmed is going on 36 hours.  Cry

I am practicing patience.... ohmm.....ohmm......

Okay...

Thanks. Can you tell me how to include fees in all of my future transactions. I downloaded the bitcoin-qt. I will begin using that instead of blockchain. It may take me a couple of days to learn the basics, but...

Bitcoin-qt will default to put a fee, so you don't have to do anything it will include the fee for you.

Thanks!

What's the transaction id?  It's a number like 52323d47079e8bbac8680313cba02f60b77395bd77bda33e9a750fdda689f537.  This will allow us to see the fees and anything else that could be holding it up.  It does make your transaction less "anonymous" to tell us, so if you're concerned about that, best not to.

I hope this is it.

Yes no fees were included, it is going to take a while.

Like a week or two?

What about the python method where the unconfirmed transaction can be deleted?? I have no idea where to begin but is it worth a try?

Or is it possible to go back and include a fee into it?

So my coins are stuck in limbo forever? It has been 18 hours without not even an inkling of movement.

No just until a miner includes it in a block, which could take a while or it can happen quickly. Did you include a fee?

I don't know how to include fees. I have been looking for the instructions on how to do it but I couldn't find it. Can you take a look at it for me and see what I can do? I was transferring it from one of my wallets to another.

I have absolutely no idea what you just said. I am a bitcoin no nothing.  Cry

I read earlier that I should download python but I don't know jack booty about programming. I am using blockchain.info to move my coins if that helps.

Exit your bitcoin-qt and do "-rescan" it will help fix it, sounds like it was broadcasted.
