So I then used a repair wallet which supposedly backtracks everything and puts my BTC back in the wallet.

Resetting your wallet does not cancel the transaction. Once your wallet broadcasts a transaction, you cannot recall the bitcoins that you sent. In some rare cases, the transaction may not go through and eventually expire, but you have to wait.

you already sent it with a very low fee a hours ago,
and you 'repaired' it back again then trying to send it once again,
but it's failed or error ?
of course it will because your transaction has been processed,
and you should know how long it will takes a time based on your fee transaction,
look here for more information about transaction fee times :
https://bitcoinfees.21.co/
if you really used a 'very low' fee, i am afraid you will get it in a few days later.
because it's very busy right now and your will shows 0 actually even if you 'repaired' it back

Ok here is the full story.

So yesterday I send around 100 dollar woth of BTC to another wallet. I used a very low fee. The transaction was then seen by aroun 50 peers over a period of 8 hours and nothing was happening. I was then panicing. So I then used a repair wallet which supposedly backtracks everything and puts my BTC back in the wallet.

So I had my BTC back in my wallet and then tried to send it out again. But it then gives me an error message at first saying it didnt work but then as soon as I close multibit and open it again it says it has gone through. But im worried now if im just stuck in a loop where its just not going to ever go through. I think im just going to wait for a couple of hours now and hope it goes through.

So currenty as of now I have just tried it again with a high fee just to make sure it goes through.

from your picture i can see that your balance is 0 ?
of course it will be like that if you don't have any Bitcoin in your wallet,
what happened exactly ?
i am still confused about your case, you sent it into another wallet ? and then you accidentally use a 'low fee' to send it right ?
after that why you do that ? 'recovering or something like that' because your coin have been sent to another wallet,
tell us about it in more detail please,
i will help if you if i could

Your transaction has been broadcast to the blockchain, it just needs to be confirmed. Nothing wrong here. You just need to wait until it is confirmed. You have not used very low fees, so it should be a matter of couple hours probably until your transaction is confirmed. The confirmation time depends on how 'busy' the network is; right now it looks pretty busy, so you may have to wait a little longer than usual.
