Coinbase works pretty well and the fee is only around 3%
i recommend you buy some eth from GDAX.com cuz of low fees and if gdax.com don't support your country you can try it to buy from bitpanda.com i use to buy from there
I cex.io tried but minimum amount is 32 $ worth ether to buy. i couldnot find any site to buy small amounts for begining say:3-5$ worth of ether

No, you don't have to have ETH on your ETHEREUM wallet just to receive those tokens from airdrops. Just use www.myetherwallet.com for your ETH because exchange ETH wallets aren't receiving it through ETH.How much I need and where can I buy?
