I think you should contact CMC support team and prove them all possible evidence. They are the only ones who can solve your problem.
If they do not respond to you or give you a weak reasons, you can post the reasons for their rejection in this forum and https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/ section.
If the reasons are not logical and there is an extensive media currency, they will not have the choice of either expressing logical reasons or deleting that platform.
Overall, I think they are involved in a lot of volume manipulation and therefore their use is not recommended.
