You need a pc to use as buffer and controller. Also that pc needs high BW to upload those vids to cloud or etc.

Let's say; your cam records 1 hour on pc, saves it.
Starts second hour. And additional software starts to upload it into cloud, it should do it less than 1 hour. Or else buffer'll be full and you'll loose data.

A quick google search brings up : http://myeasywayout.blogspot.com/2013/01/dlink-dcs-930l-ip-camera-and-recording.html

I cannot verify it as I do not have the camera.  But others have said it works in comments.

Hello all,
I am not sure if here is the place to ask, but will be happy to pay someone BTC for helping me configuring an IP camera.
Here are the details: The camera is Dlink 930L and I can see it remolty from my smartphone or my laptop, I want to record with this camera to a cloud or somethign like this without purchasing any external HDD. I want to know if that is possible somehow and if is so I am ready to pay you BTC for the service of configuring it. Please let me know also  how much you are going to charge for this.
Thanks !

Regards,

Gondel
