Eloncoin.org - Mars, here we come!
I've contacted them in many instances with this link. They'll reply to your email and you can also reply there.
Although they're not my choice anymore but with my dust funds that I have to withdraw on them, they've helped through that link and just continue to ask more if you want to through their reply.
The issue of their support is somewhat with their responsiveness, there are lots of case that they respond late with weeks or sometimes months before they replied. or before the issue got resolved.

How long have you wait to get a response from them? And how long did you wait until they fix your problem also?
Less than a day actually, that's what my experience to them and that's why I suggest to contact it through that link because I've got a good experience not just once but twice.
They've responded well and gave me an answer that partially helped me. I only used that link once and after they reply, I've kept the communication through the email and everything went well. Maybe it was just a lucky day for me that they've replied fast.

Where do your friends live?

It seems they only offer BTC on selected countries
states in the US, India, the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Monaco and San Marino.
My friend lives in the US- I don't know why he encountered such problem.

You can contact them directly which is recommended, use this link:

My friend wrote to them yesterday through the support link but no response yet and no reversal yet also let's wait for another 24hrs.

Their twitter support account is somewhat responsive check https://twitter.com/AskBlockchain, but I guess you need to wait until it's monday, since it's weekends I think they are in day offs as well as regular employees do.
I've advised him to wait another 24 hours to see whether the support email responds to his concern, and if that doesn't happen, I've advised him to contact them via social media. Thanks.

Bitcoin = Financial freedom
I hope the blockchain.com will resolve this and if they never replied to any of your requests even after waiting for a week then I would prefer you to claim chargeback for the particular transaction from the credit card issuer which can be a bank or private finance company but you can dispute the transaction and they will contact the payment processor and you may find some solution there.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.

Is there a way to reach them through an e-mail address? I can't find it on the site and there is no support link either.
On blockchain.com, press on the three lines at the left upper corner, 'support' will be seen above logout, press on it. Underneath are the social media links of blockchain.com

You can contact them directly which is recommended, use this link:
https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

But know that they are slow in response.

In my country, we do experience this, but the transaction will only be declined which is caused by the bank the person is using, but such transaction are only declined and not deducted from bank account.

If your friends do not live in any of these countries all transaction are most likely be rejected or it could be the bank do not allow you to buy BTC. If your friend buy on Blockchain partnered with coinify you should contact them for a refund.

Since it's their "Buy Bitcoin" service, there's no better way to solve this but to contact their support since that part of their wallet is custodial.
Means, they are the only one who can do something about it.

BTW, this should be posted in "Service Discussion->Web Wallets" board, I'll just ask a Mod to move this thread there.

Thanks I think this is a good way to start, Is there a way to reach them through an e-mail address? I can't find it on the site and there is no support link either.

This is just one of the reasons I hate using credit card, about error transactions, but in this case, the bank would have processed the transaction already. As suggested above, best to contact blockchain.com support for further assistance. The reason I still even prefer p2p which would have already been seen rather than a failed transaction that could cause someone headache.
Occasionally, the unexpected occurs. I wouldn't buy bitcoin with a credit card, and I wouldn't advise anyone to do so, but in this situation, I wasn't told, and he just wrote to me after he was having problems with it.

I'm not sure what board to post this on, but I feel the mod would do the right thing, so I'll simply ask my questions.

As shown in the first image, a buddy of mine purchased BTC using a credit card through Blockchain.com. The transaction was pending without any deduction from his bank, and the bitcoin did not arrive at the destination address.

So, since the first purchase was unsuccessful, he tried again to purchase another BTC, and this time his account was debited and an error message appeared. It has now been almost 24 hours since the purchase, and no reverse has been made to his account, and no bitcoin has been given. What could the issue be?
