Thanks for your comment. My friend can't remember the name of the software so it's hard to determine if it's real or a scam. I have someone who knows the name of BTC mining software with a white arrow pointing down
White arrow I have never seen any Bitcoin mining that has an icon with an arrow all BTC mining software here like CGminer or BFgminer do not have icons or other miners use only Bitcoin icon with a pickaxe.
I tried to search but I can't find a bitcoin mining with a white arrow the result only shows Cloud mining but the arrow is black pointing up not down.
Take note all cloud mining is most likely a scam.
