i dont get where i find the appdata-roaming-bitcoin

That could be because the version of windows you are running doesn't have one, or perhaps because you are trying to use a file explorer that hides certain things, like this directory would be hidden.

can someone please explain this to a two yr old plz?!

Does this help?

In Windows explorer click "organize" > folder and search options > View tab > check the "Show hidden files, folders  and drives radio button (while I'm there I usually uncheck the "Hide extensions for known file types)
go to c:>users>(your user)>appdata (now unhidden) > roaming >bitcoin

Do what the other guy said.... easiest way... Goto My computer in the address bar type %appdata%

It will bring up the folder.
