You can create and order directly a debit bitcoin card and use that with your bitcoin. There is various sites which offer such service and I know one of those https://cryptopay.me/bitcoin-debit-card. Hope this help.

I have used the Coinsbank debit card (formerly Bit-X), and their service is pretty good. The fees is a bit on the higher side though, and you need to verify your identity using any of the government issued ID cards.

You might be serious but this sounds really dodgy and i reckon you will struggle to get anyone do this. if you are genuine then you need to be careful yourself that you dont get scammed. Undecided

I think xappo wallet is a good choice they provide u xappo debit card to be used as in any atm world wide. It converts your bitcoins to desired currency for i think 3% fees. Thats pretty good i think

well there are too many services that needs to have a credit card or debit card,for example working as a freelancer needs one.

So you basically need it only to verify your address or to get your freelancer account verified? Than you can try neteller virtual card which is free and you can deposit it via bitcoin. I have one but never used it to verify any account, it may work.
