is usb mining still worth it?, how about its ROI?

Most of ASICs u can buy will never ROI, since the mining companys are probably mining with the hardware they are selling for some time before releasing it to customers, even when they state that they dont.
Bitcoin/altcoin mining was way better before asics came out to scene if you ask me, since then, theres nothing but bad profits, and dont forget that an ASIC that cant make up even for electricity is totaly useless afterwards, unlike the GPU-s that were previously used.

Bitminter had a very good interface, I am not sure if they support this.

No, even with free electricity, the difficulty is rising too fast as ASICs are being shipped, more miners=less profit for everyone. The people with the highest GH/J always get ROI. For USB miners, they do not have a good hashrate and GH/J and GH/$.

Nope.
You should check a mining profit calculator (for example: https://bitcoinwisdom.com/bitcoin/calculator) to estimate how much bitcoin you can get from a ASIC or a cloudmning contract before purchasing it.

it never was, buy and hold is best unless you are a pro miner.

I thought the mining pool software would run it automatically after it detects your miners?

I will assume that you had running an Antminer U2 at least once before and thus have the correct driver installed.

Connect the Hubs to the same computer and connect all the Antminers to the Hubs.

Wait for windows to recognize the Antminers and install/start the driver for each of them.

Startup BFGMiner with the -S antminer:all parameter and the pool info.

BFGMiner should now recognize all 23 Antminer U2s and start them with the default Hashrate of 1.8 GH/s. They will all mine on the same pool.

This is the most basic and simple way, which should normally be enough.

P.S.:

Like in your other thread I advice you again to write questions about mining in the "mining support" sub-forums, because many people that are very knowledgeable about mining  do not read the Beginner's and Help section very often. You will get a lot more helpful answers when posting in the appropriate section of the forums.

Just connected all your hubs to the same computer and let them mine using the same mining software.
(e.g. bfgminer, cgminer)

Hello, Can anyone tell me, in simple language how to run 2 powered hub. How do I connect them so they all mine the same pool? Total newbie! Just got a 10 port powered hub and have a 13 port powered hub on the way. Got a good deal. Will be running U2 Antminers. I keep reading but I can't find any details for stupid little old ladies.
