A lot of websites do like that so there is the ability to post comments or they simply make Advertisement there so they earn some money from them , Links won't work with the BBCode [img] unless there is an extension at the end of the link , so basically when you visit http://prntscr.com/xxxx , Right click on the picture and "Copy Image URL" , and that link that you get is the one that you should put on the [img] tags .

I would recommend you to use epvpimg which is associated with elitepvpers forums => http://epvpimg.com/ It's really simple to use . Once you upload a picture there , you will get a link (add .jpg or .png to that link ) then simply put that link between [img] BBCode and you are done. Couldn't be more simplier then that;)

You upload the picture at an image hoster, for example imgur.com

Then you copy the link to the image between the img.
