You need to tune the clocks in order to keep you card mining without crash.Low voltage to clock ratio can crash the drivers.

Driver crash is usually caused by a mismatch between voltage and clock speeds (and obviously it could be due to faulty drivers).

Try lowering your clock speeds and remove all undervolting until you are stable and happy with speed. After that you can proceed with undervolting.

P.S. You will almost always need to restart your PC after a driver crash, even if it's restored.

P.P.S. Your other "exact same rig" do the cards there have the exact same memory type? exact same bios? exact same manufacturer/model? Even if you answered yes to all you should know that you must undervolt each card separately as they can come with slightly different stock voltage.

Try --gpu-engine 1050 --temp-target 68 --temp-overheat 75 --temp-cutoff 80 --gpu-fan 70-100

Could be thermal throttling, overclock too high and fan speed too low.

Hello and thanks in advance for any help provided:

RIG:

Mobo: Z77A-GD65
GPU's x5: MSI r9 280x twin frozr oc  (all on risers 1x to 16x)
*******gpu driver version: 13.251.0.0  Bios to undervolt: 015.040.000.000.003435 (113-C3865000-X77)*****
Memory: crucial 4gb ddr3
Cpu: IntelCeleron G1620

***I must add I have another rig exactly the same which is working fine no problems whatsoever***

However when setting up this one somehow something we didn't do or did something too much or missed something maybe which is leading to the following problem. When CgMiner is started either 3.7.2 or 2.11.4 (or any other) Cgminer screen comes up an for a few seconds appears to be hashing ok then suddenly GPU 1 hashing starts decreasing until then on the bottom of the screen says something about driver having crashed and recovered by the system ...however hashing never recovers I have to restart pc as just restarting miner doesn't help as car hashing then shows 000 and or sometimes the Cgminer window doesn't even close....I am truly puzzled as I even cloned the SSD drive for the second rig from the first rig SSD so that all is exactly the same but no luck also removed one of the cards leaving another card to become GPU 1 and same happens....I have no ideas what to do anyone has ha these problems same or similar setup please advise if you found solutions or maybe you a techie...Thanks again in advance.

cgminer setup:

cgminer.exe --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://eu.coinmine.pw:1111 -u Username -p password -o stratum+tcp://stratum.coinex.pw:9933 -u Username -p password --fix-protocol -g 2 -I 13 -w 256 --lookup-gap 2 --thread-concurrency 8191 --gpu-engine 1074 --gpu-memclock 1498 --temp-target 73 --temp-overheat 85 --temp-cutoff 95 --auto-fan
