Did you try the card by itself no other gpus in rig.  If it works alone then its not the gpu.

Hey guy's ..i have 3 x 5700 xt ..i take one more to gpu (same 5700xt) to put in rig..my psu is 1000w ..suddenly new gpu crash during mining ..speed going on 0.00 mhs..i try with first with cables, maybe is something wrong with that, change risers, put voltage up/down,working on stock setting no overclock..after few hours of work keep crash...Any idea what i can do.. ?
Thanks cheers all people.
OP do you buy those cards new or used? If it's used then there is a possibility of wrong bios flashed on one of the GPUs and also make sure you don't overclock any card at this rate, windows OS is another culprit for crashes when insert more than two GPUs on a single motherboard, do some home work on these

Hard to know what's happening exactly, there's a lot of reasons that could be the issue

Recently my rig that always works 24/7 started to crash, no new cards to me, and the problem was windows 10, with their updates messing with the mining

If you added a new card, I suggest you to uninstall and install drivers, using DDU: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
And them the latest driver from AMD, and use the latest miner available

But for real, if you don't use this rig as your PC, try some mining OS like HiveOS, simple mining etc

My fault..setup is :
MB: Gigabyte h110-d3a
SSD: 250 GB
Ram: 2x4 gb ddr4 2400mhz
CPU: Intel G4400
PSU: Silverstone ST1000-p
GPU: 2x Rog Strix 5700 xt
        2:MSI gaming X 5700 xt

with 3 of them (2x strix and 1x msi) everything work perfect..no issues..i add new one last day, brand new from shop, and start to make issues with crash..
sorry again.

if you need help 1st write clear information about gear os more as you can write it.
if you having crash problems it is usually too much OC. keep your cards at stock and see if it stable.if no then test your card 1 by 1 on 16x slot to be sure that gpu are fine and operational, after you are sure that your all 4 gpus are just fine then next step with risers. keep adding 1 by 1 gpu and test it. this way you can understand whats wrong.
Crash = OC, riser, psu, windows update, bad gpu with wrong bios or just some dead memory.
