I do not believe that you can get your stolen tokens back. It will not work even if you have the possibility. Because your token has gone to someone else's hand or pocket. No work can be done until your computer is reinstalled. You can install it with internet security and this is why it does not catch phishing again.

Dude it's over. Create a new wallet and be careful next time. Enable 2fa on all your accounts. Read and learn how to determine legit and phishing sites. I hope you've learned your lesson.

I lost some $ and some token on my wallet, can anyone help me return my assets?

i think it cant be done, once the transaction is already do and already moved to other people wallets, then only the owner of the wallets can send to your own wallet. except if you have its private keys.

I think it is hard to get back the amount or token you already lost. But you report about it to the wallet manager. You should be more careful in using untrusted source of link.

It is worth a try but unfortunately I do not think the online wallet provider will be able to assist as it is not their responsibility to look after your funds, they are not a bank.

I’m afraid it’s quite impossible to get back your asset if you lose it. We always should be extra cautious while we make transaction. Hard luck mate.

Much better if you change your wallet immediately and forget those $ stolen from your wallet. You have nothing to do about it. You will not recover it unless the one who stole it felt guilty then he/she return it to you. Change your wallet and keep your password and private key secured.

Learn from this experience and make sure it doesn't happen again.  No one can help you retrieve your tokens.

I am really sorry for you, I know how you feel because I experienced the same situation.
The sad thing is that there is no way to get back your tokens, you have to move on.
Never use your stolen wallet, make a new one, the hacker will probably steel your tokens again if you use the same wallet.

Experiencing phishing is annoying, and I do not think I can hope to get back, all you can do is be patient, be patient and be more careful in saving your coin purse.

Yeah it is very annoying and it is totally unfair, thats why we all need to stay secure online, I'm really sorry to hear what happened to the OP, I hope they didn't lose too much money.

The transactions are not reversible, always be careful while storing your coins, never store your coins in any exchange if you are not having plans to trade and make sure your system is protected by the latest antivirus software to make there is no hidden applications running which are capturing your key strokes and are you telling that you lost your coins because of phishing sites ?

Where do you store your tokens? myetherwallet or some other er20 token store wallet? have you ever saved a private key to access the wallet containing the token? if the token in your wallet can not change address. you can still grab it by using the private key wallet. if you token has changed address. it is impossible to take it again.

in this world of cryptos there is no return for anything that you lost. If you lost your tokens and $ of your account then you lost it forever my friend and trust me there is no way to recover your losses other than accepting it as your technical illiteracy.

However, I recommend you to not give up on this market just because of your own technical demerits instead of that you should try your best to be more alert and active next time, and also you should won others or guide them so that they can be invincible from such scams.

In crypto you're responsible for the safety of your own funds. Therefore you have to take some time to secure your computer and take preventive measures:

Don't enter your private key on untrusted websites.
Don't click links in e-mails.
Use bookmarks.
Metamask for Ethereum blocks many phishing sites, but you still need to watch where you spend.

I have also experienced phishing before. You can just see where your tokens have been transferred to, but there is nothing anybody can do about it, unless the person decides to send them back to you. I guess you were given an email telling you to redeem some tokens, where they asked of your private keys. That was the way i got phished. But today, i have a dozens of such emails in my spam box. I just look at them and smile and i tell myself that "the same dog wont bite me twice". So just learn the experience and take heart.

A whole of people have comment on this OP has not even give details of what happened and how he felt victim of this phishing sites and even how much money he lost to have generated the amount of attention this is getting.  Phishing sites have been with us for a while and its something that have been said all over again but a little mistake could make the most intelligent fall victim which is always unfortunate. @op the fund is gone and there is nothing bring it back.

I lost some $ and some token on my wallet, can anyone help me return my assets?
It is very common nowadays seeing all sorts of phishing sites whose motive is to scam unsuspecting victims, based on my personal experience most of these phishing sites mainly used people's email via a link similar to MEW, a simple click will lead you to giving out your account details unknowingly, therefore it is not advisable to click any link in you mail.

I lost some $ and some token on my wallet, can anyone help me return my assets?

Which wallet you were using? MEW?
yes, I use My Etherwallet and verify it with Private Key? I think it will be safe  Cry
You have been a victim of phishing and there's no need to use that wallet anymore with the same private key. And crypto transactions can't be undone so when you have sent it to someone, there's no way to recover it. And as the hacker stole your tokens the only way to recover it if he's too good and will volunteer to return those tokens that he stole from you.
Well, thanks for the advice, I will not use that wallet for the future. then if I create a new Wallet is there anything I need to do to prevent this from happening again?
What you need to prevent is by falling to those phishing links and to avoid this you must bookmark the real "MEW" so that you just have to click it and you don't have to type it on any search engine. You are even more vulnerable if you decided to visit MEW by typing it's URL. And also another additional advice, try to check all of the times you are visiting MEW so that you are aware if it's the real or not. Better also use the JSON file when you are trying to access your wallet instead of private key.

The possibility is very small to return the lost assets but you can help others avoid the next victim. You can share the web phishing. I am proud of your loss. Hopefully, you can get more than your loss. In the future, we should all be careful when entering your username and password and make sure the web address is correct, safer we do bookmark on the official web.

The good and the bad and the ugly of decentralised cryptocurrencies is that you hold 100% of responsibility over your own assets. If you misuse this responsibility, nobody will be able to help you. You are the only one who can help yourself.

Unfortunately, this loss is irreversible. But it will be an invaluable experience for you. I hope that the amount was not very large and this loss will make you be more careful in the future and will allow you to save larger amounts. In the pursuit of profit, we often forget about their safety. Recently my friend, the hackers changed the e-wallet on the rig. We're all under attack.

Double check/verify the security of your current device or wherever you're basing your new wallet from, and jsut be more cautious of phising in future, always check the sites you're on particularly the url for https and a known url that matches the site you're actually trying to use check the .com/co.uk/.org etc section as well.

Sorry for your loss Sad

I lost some $ and some token on my wallet, can anyone help me return my assets?

Damn, I'm really sorry to hear that man, I really hate people who are just too lazy to work hard and earn money in the right way and just prefer to go ahead and steal other people's cryptos which has been the fruit of their blood and tears in doing various jobs just to have enough funds to invest in the cryptos that they own or to be paid by crypto currencies from the jobs they do on bounties. But even though I feel sorry for you, I have to tell you that you should wake up and stop relying solely on your wallets and try to do more researching on how you can avoid being phished. I hope you learn from your mistakes and that others will also do because this is the reality. If you do not take care of what you have, someone will always take it away from you.

I think it is difficult and most likely you will never get back. because it is impossible to restore your token if your pc has been infected with phishing.
the only way you let it be a valuable lesson.
btw your pc's health should be in priority, especially from a kind of phishing virus

I'm not sure you can take back your tokens that have been stolen. chances are it will not work. because after all, your token has moved to someone else's wallet.
there is nothing you can do, unless you reinstall your computer. yes one one is just that and then you install with internet security, so as not to catch phishing again

e-mail phishing? I do not receive emails from anywhere? not new messages coming in my email inbox
The term ‘phishing’ refers to scammers ‘fishing’ for sensitive information by sending email, IM or similar messages, typically trying to lure their targets to enter their password on a fake website controlled by the scammer. Is this what happened to you?

In general, cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. If you want to help protect others from falling for the same phish, you can forward the phishing email to [email protected]. This won’t help you recover your assets though.
@bitperson then how to report such incident? is there a special format in sending e-mail reports
No, just forward the phishing email with full headers. You don’t need to use the Messaging Abuse Reporting Format (MARF) or such.

So you've lost this asset, but you have to give up this address as quickly as possible.

Yes once the tokens are lost you are out of help and I dont think anyone can help you in the first place. Phishing sites are tricky they are look alike pages created an spread across the web through mails and links. In general if you click the same (for example MEW) then you will get the replica of MEW login page. Whenever you paste your phrases or keystone file their then you are actually uploading the same to those bloody hackers. If they log in and send the token wherever they want then thats like normal transaction and one bad thing about the blockchain is that, the transaction is irreversible and no one can get it back for you. The chain is both good and bad at sometimes. I would suggest you to move any tokens left over and just start using another wallet with more precautions this time.
then what should I do to my wallet has been exposed to the phishing? whether this wallet should not be used again?
