i received a useless green trust 3-4 years before from a respectable owner of a respectable site i was customer/friend etc.

Trust feedback is not moderated and anyone can decide to send and remove it at any time they want. It shouldn't be an issue as long as they did not abuse the trust system.

People do change overnight you know, so if a user who is trusted today, turns out to be a scammer tomorrow, shouldn't it be possible for those who trusted him to distrust him(delete their positive feedback).is that good as forum procedure ?

Sounds like you got an positive Feedback or an Neutral from someone and the User has deleted it !
If a User want to change his opinion about the given Feedback he can delete his Feedback anytime he want.
Or did you mean a Feedback that you have given to another User has disappeared ?

Beliefs sent by others may be changed or deleted at any time, at the discretion of the sender. The same thing happens when you send a feedback to another person, you can change (negative, neutral, positive) or delete it at any time
