Yes, I can make the direct purchase using INR but since I want to use the services mentioned above (legally)
What you means about legally referring zebpay wasn't including in them?

Don't get me wrong but I want to use the services which are traded in USD and since I live in India, I want to use those service which would allow me to use their portal. (I don't want to buy illegally US verified account for that purpose).

Thank you, I am in the process of verifying my moneypolo account and if I am not wrong then I think I can refill it with USD and then purchase bitcoins on the services that I want and alternatively, I can also transfer balance to other exchanges such as okpay, advcash etc so I thought having a verified account at any trusted exchange is a good idea.
Good option for you would be to buy perfect money/okpay from local guys and than use it to buy bitcoin. Why you are choosing moneypolo?
Hope perfectmoney/okpay USD price is not higher within Indian exchange market due to high demand in bitcoin or in USD.

Because I can directly top up my account using VISA or mastercard (I think I can use virtual prepaid credit card to top up my moneypolo account) and since moneypolo is well known exchange, I can transfer funds from moneypolo to anywhere.

I want to buy bitcoins on Coinbase, Bitstamp, Bitfinex, Itbtc, HiBtc, Btce etc

out of these exchanges i am only using btc-e.com and here are their USD deposit options.

and here are the fees associate with each deposit method:
https://btc-e.com/fees
i think OkPay with 1% fee is the best but Perfectmoeny has better services and you can also deposit btc there too.

Most of these services are not supporting India. You need to try India based services only. You can check with unocoin, a Banglore based India exchange services and they are having active support in this forum too.

Yes, I am Verified member of unocoin but still, I want to purchase from the services mentioned above (don't get me wrong but I want to use their services).

I would like to buy bitcoins in USD but I am having difficulties while converting INR to USD. Anyone from India buying bitcoins is USD?

I don’t have a credit card and there is a restriction in using paypal so what are the alternatives?

I have no hesitation for verifying my identity but I think it’s a complicated process.

Is there any service where I can transfer my INR and convert it to USD and then buy bitcoins with it?

I want to buy bitcoins on Coinbase, Bitstamp, Bitfinex, Itbtc, HiBtc, Btce etc

I can deposit my money in digital wallets like paytm, freecharge etc.

p.s - My current bank has provided me basic debit card (even though I desperately asked for VISA card) and national wire transfer facility.

Your best answer was being Zebpay.com
Try the local bitcoin exchange of Indian, and you can buy bitcoin with INR for directly through the bank transfer. Forget about using USD for purchase if you can buy it with your local currencies will secure some of fees.

Yes, I can make the direct purchase using INR but since I want to use the services mentioned above (legally) and that's why I am looking for options to convert my INR to USD and then buy bitcoins with it from the services mentioned above. I know, I am going to pay the same amount at the end in both options but I am keen to take long route.

for exchanging INR to USD you have to ask an Indian, so maybe try the Indian board in local boards.

for other payment processors i like PerfectMoney it may not be the best out there but it is easy and flexible to use and if you can exchange your INR to USD and charge PM you can use it to deposit and withdraw USD to and from btc-e.com and your own signature (yobit not that i suggest it)

Well I am from India and I want to purchase bitcoins using USD and I am looking for an exchange or any service which would allow me to buy bitcoins on above mentioned exchanges.

I don't have credit card (or VISA card) and thus I am unable to convert my INR to USD and there is no option on above mentioned exchanges to deposit INR.

Perfect money that i suggested doesn't need Credit card,... you can find people online that accept INR for Perfect Money USD (https://www.google.com/search?q=sell+INR+for+Perfect+money) find a trusted one and trade with them.

your two other options is using localbitcoins to trade INR with BTC or going to Indian board or currency exchange board and create a topic asking for someone who is willing to accept your INR and give you BTC or Perfect Money USD (there are others payment processors online, i prefer PM that is why i say it but you can find others that you may prefer)

and as i said you can deposit on BTC-E with perfect money.
