Anyone know how to solve this?

people, I recently met a gang of my condo that has a PC gamer that gives to mine.
I gave the idea of creating a private pool and mining only the known ones.
The problem is that it packs in time to create pool andress.
The coin will be pirl.
When I launch the command to synchronize: ./pirl - rpc console
No more to mess with the terminal as it is being used for synchronization and such.
I open another terminal and launch command: personal.newAccount ()
But I just do not have an answer.
The terminal is locked without response.
If I try to write something else I get this response:
root @ vpserver: ~ / pirl / pirl / build / bin # personal.newAccount ()
