Noticed that the issue went unresolved. Mainly because OP hasn't posted, or wasn't instructed to post, in the Meta forum.

If you were banned because of that topic and you start posting there with a new account it will most likely be banned as well. Moderators usually check the "meta" section, maybe post there asking about the ban.

have patience if you have mailed the forum moderator they will get back to you sooner or later understand that they are not quite free all the time so wait and hope for a good response that's all you can do i guess !!!

I sent a message to the mod: MiningBuddy, tysat and malevolent.
- Separate mod Malevolent: he said "he was not banned me and told me to send a message to the email that I've seen" I sent an email in 2 days but still no response.
- Separate mod MiningBuddy and tysat: I sent them a message to help me -> but still no response.
