i would suggest the rm 1000 i, it cost less and should easily handle all your 5 gpu even 6 are possible, and gpu ram does matter yes, on some algo, there are some algo that you can't mine without 8 gb like the one for zero, a coin with a special forked algo, harder parameters

Sadly, from where i am, its really hard and expensive to get PSU and other stuff. AX1200i and Hx1200 are my only option.

i will go with strix rx 580 8gb then

You can buy 6 Nitro+ for $55 more than 5 Nitro+ 8GB. Assuming you get 30 MH/s with the 8 GB and 28 MH/s with 4 GB, which I think would be less of a difference, your rig would have an extra 18 MH/s for essentially the same cost going with the Nitro+ 4GB. You also don't need 8 GB of 2400 MHz DDR4 RAM, 4 GB of 2133 MHz DDR4 is enough.

The faster memory I was referring to is in the RX 580 8GB. I didn't see any RX 570 that came with 8000MHz memory. The Sapphire RX 470 Nitro+ 8GB was the ONLY RX 470 to have 8000MHz stock Samsung memory.

No, i am not from USA and those strix cards are being sold for $387.5 usd

I have the Asus STRIX RX 480 8 GB OC edition that I got for less than $250 after rebate before all the RX 480's vanished. Totally not worth paying that much. The Nitro+ is just as good and probably better.

Hello,
i am trying to get started in mining and i am a total noob.

Asus Rog Strix B250F (BTC motherboard not available in my country)
Intel 6th Generation Pentium Processor G4400
Corsair HX1200 — 1200 Watt 80 PLUS® Platinum (i would go for AX1200i but its not available)
PCIE Riser cable (I am not sure which one to buy but only those 2 available in my country)
G-SKILL DDR-4 8GB 2400bus
Antec F19 Blue LED Fan
ADATA SU 800S 128GB SSD

I am confused about the GPU, I cant figure out which one to pick

GPU options:
  • SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX 570 8GB DDR5 Graphics Card
  • ASUS ROG STRIX-RX480-O8G-GAMING Graphics Card (expensive)
  • SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX 570 4GB DDR5 Graphics Card
  • SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX 570 4GB DDR5 Graphics Card
  • SAPPHIRE PULSE Radeon RX 570 4GB DDR5 Graphics Card

1. is GPU ram matter? will i get the same hash rate as 8gb on 4gb cards?
2. what to mine?

Thanks in advance

WOOOOOOOW where did you manage to find those cards?
Are you from the USA? You will have difficulty finding any of those cards anywhere else.
I personally will go with:
ASUS ROG STRIX-RX480-O8G-GAMING Graphics Card

First time posting on this forum, same reaction lol
I could't find AMD gpu cards not in the US for cheaper than $350.

I believe op is from bangladesh and as far as i know it's just easy to get AMD cards in west Asia.

I would go with the SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX 570 4GB or the 8GB if it's not too much more. They overclock well and lots of people love those cards for ETH. The hashrate difference between the two is ~5% after bios mod. The main difference is the future resale value. I'd get the blue PCB molex risers if that's all you can get.

can I find stable modded bios for Nitro+ rx 570 8gb or 4gb?

I suggest learning to mod your own with Polaris Bios Editor. Just a basic memory strap mod where you copy the lower frequency timings to the higher frequencies is all you really need to do. The specific timings you need to change depend on the brand of RAM your card has, which you can find out with GPU-Z. Lots of info available on what you need to do for your specific card.

8GB AMD RX cards have faster memory and usually produce about +~2MH/s more than 4GB without faster memory.

Cool, i will go with 8 GB but i wonder which one to pick 570 or 580?

Thanks
