Yeah if no one wins, then the prize gets moved over to the next month, so 0.02btc !  I had a couple orders off amazon/clicks on ads and views, so that's good the program is paid for the next 3-4 months about.  If that grows then i'll up the prize / start a new "contest" after this one is over.  I'd like to give away a GPU or something one day I'm happy to give what I can/help, especially to those that are new, because I have good memories of when I started out tinkering with crypto.  /rant

and a wrinkle has occurred.  I moved the avalon 721 to the array at buysolar. I moved the ½ r4 to the array at buysolar.  and today I am moving the loud fan r4 to my friends office above the bank.  How does this affect the game? Scoring will be from 2 sources not one.

new spot for the av721 is below  it is with 2 other av721's  so ⅓ of the rewards from now on count in the game. so far no blocks after the move.

Yeah, It took me a week to understand some basic information, so I want to share.
The wire gauge carry amps, (not voltage). So when we have 16 gauges cable (10amps), we have to use 220 Voltage, so your cable can run up to 1800 Wattage (80%). If you use 110 Voltage, you can not run it over 900 Wattage.
P(Power Wh) = I (Current) * V (Vottage)

* Remember to check your breaker
* When you want to turn off the Miner, use ssh command to turn it off first. And unplug the power later.

Phil, with all you do for the community, I for one would feel bad about taking any prize for guessing what fails next on your gear and just donating it back to you if I won. I get that you trying to make lemonade from lemons and have some fun with a bad situation. Therefore, I would suggest something along the lines of the Marvel "No-Prize". I think it would be just as fun, while tossing some nostalgia in there. I mean, who wouldn't have been proud of receiving a the coveted Marvel No-Prize from Stan the Man. Maybe call it the Bitmain No Confidence Prize or some such. I think it would be just as much fun.

I am tired of being angry about my bitmain gear.  I use to run difficulty contest in speculation for about 2 years I gave away thousands of usd in the form of BTC not a single  charge.

I am trying to come up with a guessing game about my two Bitmain r4's.

No rules looking for ideas on how to do this prize would be 25 bucks I think I would let it run from difficulty period to difficulty period.
