I see that OP faucet doesn't active anymore, it redirects to other website.
But if other faucet owners need user opinions, I think it would be best to set multiple payout options. Both ePay and Faucethub have their advantages and many users. Some people says that ePay is scam, bit it's not right. Yes, sometimes they have various problems, but eLay team resolves it quite fast.

I run a faucet so when faucetbox was about to shut down I conducted a poll on my faucet and majority of users chose ePay, http://www.poll-maker.com/results901219x859F435A-37#tab-2

Nothing against FaucetHub, in fact their user base is increasing at a tremendous rate and their support is simply superb, but like you said, if you want to send a message with withdrawal, I think FaucetHub does not have that feature. Both ePay and FaucetHub are trying to add new features. As far as safety is concerned, I did not had any issues with ePay so far. Earlier their support system was worst, but now they are trying to answer and deal with each and every user query. Epay is free, FaucetHub takes a small fee (1.5% which is not an issue). I would recommend create a poll on your website and let your users decide Smiley

Change usually brings issue. It may worth in the future, but will it worth in the future? If you're the webmaster, the risk management belongs to you. At my sites, we didn't switch to FaucetHub(dot)io even though I cannot really say anything wrong about it, just because of being afraid of the issue that a change could bring.

Just some thoughts.
I personally don't like FaucetHub.
Requirement to create (yet another) account in addition to other issues is not my cup of tea.
On the other hand it is better than making money to SomeoneElse @ mail.ru.

ePay (as it is) is a dead end.
Staying there brings nothing in my wallet.
If they change in a way FaucetBox used to work then maybe better stay but not with the 'change user account' feature.

Let me explain what I mean.
ePay introduced a major security hole in transaction processing by allowing users to change their address.
Only faucet owners/vendors that pay users micro-payments need an account that must be secured and issued by ePay.
There vendors deposit funds which are used to pay their users micro-payments.
The whole point of using a micro-payment processor is for vendors to avoid paying huge mining fee for every transaction.
Also the processor handles referral commissions as well.
Micro-payment processor accumulates big number of small transactions from number of vendors to a single user address and at some stage does one big transaction to that address with single mining fee.
Apart from vendor-to-user transactions no internal transactions should be allowed. Especially user-to-user bypassing the air-tight security of blockchain transaction processing.
FaucetBox did not allow users to change their address, only the threshold level.
Nobody cared to change others threshold because they could not change the address and take the funds.
ePay does allow users to change their address just by claiming that this address is theirs and transfer somebody elses funds to his own within the payment processor.
That created a gold mine opportunity even for mediocre level hackers to steal funds using hacker toolbox proof that is good enough for ePay.
Any wallet can have any number of addresses and they are all active/valid, ready to receive funds.
Only wallets should know which addresses are theirs. Nobody else. Certainly not ePay.

I can understand users wanting to change - better something than nothing.
The ones that wish to stay or don't care might change their mind sooner or later.
Provided that cmc use of the micro-payment processor is not a typical faucet-owner use opens an opportunity for the webmaster to handle the micro-payments himself and generate mass payments in regular intervals.
Seems like everybody is happy once a week, as long as something comes.

Recently another option appeared which made me post this.
My vote is: Webmaster, create your own!

If ePay can prove they are not scam and
 close the security hole;
help cmc webmaster restore any stolen funds from user accounts.
Then in the mean time use the improved ePay.

Thank you

Per user's request, I have added an option to the poll.  If I build my own using Coinbase API, we would simply continue to use epay/faucethub until the coding is done, and then switch to the in house solution.  If epay/faucethub are not viable, I could do manual payments (uhhhh) weekly.

There have been some other concerns voiced to me, ie regarding Hashpoke.  We own some hashpoke contracts and it seems they plan to resume payments but who knows.  The good news is we do not need them.  The club earns through a number of venues and there will be more venues (advertising sales, Twitch site sales, CMC sales, adsense revenues, misc BTC revenues, Xcoins commissions and sales, genesis/hashpoke/hashflare and we are adding 5-10 other projects in 2017.)

Thank you all for your patience and please feel free to email me if you are a club member with questions or concerns.  Our (cloudmining.club) normal processes will resume on or before Jan 5, 2017.

"Hi!
Few times, on my ePay account from cloudminingclub, the threshhold was somehow changed by someone, always to a higher level, with a number almost impossible to be reached on a week period, I always put it back where it was from the begin, to find that was changed again, because of it, I submit a request to set a password for the account, I provide a screenshot that I owned the wallet, the reply would come from 6 to 24 hours, it has been almost 48 and yet no response to it."

Finally after 3 days, ePay has secure my account, the ePay team as return from a Christmas vacation in Malasya. Hopefuly they would attempt to fix and realesed the locked accounts from CMC.

I operate http://cloudmining.club and we use epay.info as our payment processor.  I like that I can send custom messages with the payouts, however we have had several of our users report that their payout thresholds were tampered with or their Bitcoin Addresses locked to the wrong email.

On my site, the users are told to SECURE YOUR EPAY ACCOUNT but I am thinking this is going to be an issue.

When FaucetBox and Paytoshi closed down, I had to find an alternative.  ePay was available.  I saw on BitcoinTalk that there was a project for someone to create FaucetHub.io

I am leaning toward changing.  Please vote.  If you are a club member on mine (at cloudmining.club), this means a temporarily downtime for payments while I change it over.  Your earnings will still acrue, but cannot be paid until I recode and move funds to the new source.

Do what you need to do to secure the accounts. I vote yes.

Most of the users will go with faucethub because it is the best replacement of faucetbox. Faucethub getting popular among both users and faucet owners because it has better security measures than faucetbox or epay.

Thank you for the input!

I enjoy going into markets that are ridden with fraud and being a light in the darkness to show how it could be done correctly.  Pretty sure yall hung me on a cross some time ago for this "reverse engineer" methodology of mine throughout the Ages, yet here we are.  I created PTCReferrals.net and several site with that.  Back in the myspace days, I create the "Ultimate Mobster Bot" that sold for $11.99 Smiley ... then I created youtubetovideo.com - one of the first youtube to mp3 sites... (before the Goog sent me a cease/desist).  The FaucetHub.io creator posted their reasons for wanting to create the site and it rang true to my vision.

Regardless of how this works out, epay is a legit company as far as I can tell.  Slow support (albeit, my support is slow often at times too, I just create systems that are automated so that they do not need me if/when i die again)

However, changing payout dates/times and missing payouts presents me with an issue as I strive to provide perfect service for my club.  There is A LOT going on to generate Bitcoin when the wheels are turning (and right now, while I incorporate, some of the wheels are shut down).  I have systems that legitimately (and consistently) earn bitcoin well above the contributor amounts.

It is call profit (vs a prophet).

In 2017, I will be turning my prophet face and guiding the profits to grow the club astronomically.

There is going to be some sort of serious geopolitcal disturbance in 2018 and it would be wise to be ready.

If by OP, you mean me, then I suppose you can have your opinions.  We are not a faucet.  It is pretty well spelled out that we are a club.  It might not be for you, but the club knows I am legit.  Yea I am upgrading my tech this year, but first I am taking care of regulatory paper work in my state.  Your spam post here seems out of place...

I think the best solution is faucet hub. Im using it and is great even have the chance to get extra satoshi, is fun is easy, one have assistance 24/7, is punctual, they are responsible people and very nice attention. 100% transparency one now how much one have, where it come, when gonna be the payments, there are games, raffles, rain of satoshi in the chat. Well I found there more than one can expect from a microwallet.

I have no experience with epay as before i have used only faucetbox for my faucet. But i suggest you to shift towards faucethub because the owner of it is quite active in this forum and have delivered some wonderful projects before also. Even if you get some problem he may help you out and also users need to be registered member in faucethub to claim that will lower down the bot attacks on your faucet.

It's so fishy, I wouldn't recommend everyone visit OP site.
And the domain site wrote as cloudmining, but I read OP post it's a faucet. This adds to the suspicion.

Interesting, one scan with suspicious and other with outright malware.

I wouldn't visit that site either, as it is not clear what the OP's intentions are.

And as for the faucet micropayment processor, I would stay with ePay. Faucethub isn't established enough, in my opinion.

Hi!
Few times, on my ePay account from cloudminingclub, the treshhold was somehow changed by someone, always to a higher level, with a number almost impossible to be reached on a week period, I always put it back where it was from the begin, to find that was changed again, because of it, I submit a request to set a password for the account, I provide a screenshot that I owned the wallet, the reply would come from 6 to 24 hours, it has been almost 48 and yet no response to it.

As far voting Yes or No to leave Epay, I would like to leave, but I don´t see any good place to move in. Stay on Epay if they can fix the present situation, Faucethub seems to me that is  not quiet ready to handle CLOUDMING CLUB, I´ve been following its chatbox, and it has all sorts of complaints and misunderstandings, Faucethub pays twiece every week, on Wednesdays and Sundays 6 PM (London time) it has a threshold to be reached, but once the level is reached, the user only recieve the amount that is on the threshold, the outstanding satoshis are carried out for the next payment; If the threshold is 0.00020000, and the user have a balance of 0.00025000, he only would get 0.00020000 and the remaing 5000 satoshis are carried for the next payout. It is rather confunsing where to set the threshold.

Perhaps CLOUDMING CLUB, could establish its own system with recurrent payments from its wallet to everyones wallets every 5 minutes!

I trust the Admin of CLOUDMINING CLUB, I am sure a better solution will be found.

WRONG...
For example, not all users have the ability to sign a message to their bitcoin address.  I have one that is locked
Here is a screenshot of one of my personally breached accounts, EVEN THOUGH I HAD IT LOCKED TO AN EMAIL ALREADY, and now it is locked to some douchebag at mail.ru (apparently)

This address paid me over $80 last Monday to my Xcoins.io account, for sale at 15% above market and it was fine.  This Monday, NO PAYOUT and I CANNOT ACCESS THE ACCOUNT.  The Bitcoin address is not in my control for signing, but belongs to me.  I cannot even see what they set the threshold to.

FOR all your users know, epay.info could be behind it.  Show some good faith here and reset everyone's threshold's to 10,000 while you fix this.  You should have to sign a message to RAISE the threshold or LOWER it...  it needs to be reset to minimum so that we are not locked to 100,000BTC thresholds lol.

Hi,
We do not force users to secure their account
They only need to secure only if they want to change their address and even that requires address owner ship proof that are  checked manually.
As for threshold change,  we are adding option to lock threshold just like faucetbox in the coming days

Thanks for the input.  It is nice to have options.

I have been so busy filing regulatory paperwork to establish a proper corporation that this is just one more thing to make me thankful that it is the holidays and things are slower.

I have suspended sales on my site (cloudmining.club) temporarily so that we do not acquire new users and then change the system immediately.  I will likely continue to use epay.info if I could JUST GET THEIR SUPPORT TO fix the issue.

If you do not know, here is what people are doing:

They go on the web and find someone's bitcoin address and then go to epay.info and register it to their email address and raise the payout threshold to some high limit or low limit... depending on what flavor of douche we are dealing with at the moment.

You CAN reset your email address at epay.info by emailing support and attaching a message to your Bitcoin address (NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE and SHOULD NOT be a requirement in my opinion)

What's worse is you can go to the "forgot password" if you happen to find an account that IS secured and then they let you reset the password by giving you 80% of the person's email address and then asking you to guess it.    TOTAL BS.

If you click on the "wiki for signing a message to your bitcoin address" .... THIS LINK ON THEIR SITE: http://wiki.epay.info/sign_message  it goes NOWHERE.

So, obviously, for the sake of my club I am considering this change, and at the same time, trying to be fair to epay and do the following:

WHAT EPAY.INFO NEEDS TO DO TO FIX THIS ISSUE
Get rid of "securing accounts" altogether and get rid of the minimum threshold changes.  Make 20,000 the threshold and that is that.  Why bother with a higher one?  These are micropayments you know...

I am faucet list&rotator owner so I use ePay,FaucetHub and FaucetSystem because faucet owners use all of them after FaucetBox is closed. So far I have some small problem with ePay(balance show 0.000000 and threshold it is not possible to set),something is solved quick but treshold for my Doge address is still shown 0 many days after report that.

I think FaucetHub is the best solution currently, especially for owners but also for users.Owner is always available here on forum or in FaucetHub chat so that the support is very good.Maybe some users do not like FH because need to register first and link their BTC/DOGE/LTC address, but this help in the fight against bots.

You should check all three services and choose the one that best suits your needs.Of course you can always make a change in the future.
