Most of cryptocurrency wallet providers and other crypto services sites also having affiliation program. You may prefer your best option to do the referral bonuses.
I suggest to try the coinbase affiliation program which can give decent returns bringing better users.

Usually, the bitcoin affiliate program is on exchanges site and they need KYC. You need here extremely patient and to attract people joining a company that has an affiliate program. This is not an easy task sometimes it makes you annoyed.

Isn't affiliate more about selling, like ClickBank? It'd be pretty difficult to convince people to buy some product you don't own unless you've been in the marketing scene for ages.

I think you should find a specific area that you like first before going on this. If you think you can sell a good product, commission based referral fees would be even better. Exchanges give you a percentage of fees but you are looking for heavy traders,,, which is not likely. So maybe if you know you can get a lot of traders, better to sell them trading tools like gunbot and earn the referrals.

Have a way to give them back or share the commissions too,,, make it more attractive.

There are many affiliate programs it seems that the link from cryptalker is not a full list

Check this one below I currently registered on them and use their referral program to earn $1 per referral.
- earn.com

Also, check this massive list of affiliate program and I think you can be satisfied with this list.

I guess you plan to promote your referral links on social media and blogs, my advice to you is to devote yourself to a specific niche. Exchanges, trading, mining, faucet, gambling, news (like marcotheminer says) etc ...
You will get much better results if you advertise on targeted users in one niche rather than if you promote mining service to users related to gambling. It will be recommended that you be familiar with the service which you advertise. Also, you must investigate and try to do not advertise scam or Ponzi schemes even if they offer good referral earnings.

Affiliate programs were my attraction until I get into bitcoins, yes now I do feel those affiliate way of money making is too slow and wastes my efforts whereas investing very small portion of my salary in bitcoins gets me multi fold returns for my risks, this way I save time to focus on my day job and for my part timers. I am not discouraging you but like to give you some over all picture of affiliate earning from my real life experiences.

I still make decent amounts of money from my freebitcoin referrals. You might need to check our crypto gambling houses for their attractive affiliate programs. But, remember you may not make a living out of affiliate programs. Just keep them in your secondary way of income generation.

Thank you for all the helpful answers. No that is not my website it is just a list I found to just kick things off with. Are there any particular altcoins any of you support and know of an affiliate program for?
I was hoping someone who did CPA, affiliate marketing or SEO would see this topic.

Binance automatically comes to mind. You probably wouldn't need KYC unless the money you're earning from your referrals are in the higher numbers. Your choices are pretty limited if you're not planning on giving away KYC information though. The best paying ones(while keeping your morals and ethics) are probably Ledger and Trezor. Earning money while actually helping people to secure their funds. Win-win situation. But then again, you're going to need to submit KYC. If you really don't want to, it's going to be Binance, NitrogenSports.eu, and Stake.com.

You can include all gambling sites, most non-KYC exchanges (Binance, YoBit, FatBTC, HitBTC, KuCoin, LAToken). News sites have affiliate programs for referring new advertisers. Think: newsbtc, cointelegraph, coindesk, coinidol...
EDIT: I see you already have gambling sites. I will update with other affiliate sites.
BlockFi interest accounts, Nexo loaning, ETHLend (not sure on referral with this one..)

Hello everyone. I am looking to make some bitcoin with referral/affiliate based marketing. I need names of websites (links if possible) that offer you referrals. Please, nothing that requires KYC so stuff like coinbase is out.
It would be nice to create a list.
I am also looking for altcoins programs too. Referral bounties are welcome too.

Thank you so much to everyone in advance for the help.

Anything that requires KYC is out so please let me know which of these do KYC as I am not a member yet and wish to create a list to register for everything one after another.

So far we have these:

Do you own this blog, it's hard to become an affiliate if you have no means to promote the programs before you apply for an affiliate program you must have something or a platform to promote programs that you are promoting, they will always ask you if you own a website and what platforms are you gonna use, they want to make sure that how you promote their programs conform to their guideline

You could've just included the link[1] instead of posting the list with bad formatting.

Services that require KYC: Paxful (after trading over 1500$), CEX.io, Coinmama, BitPanda, Bitbond, Virwox (depends on the payment method and limits), eToro, Xcoin, Indacoin (If buying more than 200$ using a credit card). I'm not sure about the other exchange platforms, but you should also know that KYC procedures do not necessarily apply to referral programs. I suggest reading their policies or reaching out to them.

You should be fine with hardware wallet providers, gambling sites and cloud mining services.
