This isn't a hack issue, I have tried resetting my password severally and they were all successful but when I try using the new password to login I still get the error message in image above. I tried using several browser too even used the two facebook app but still I couldn't login. I need help on how to resolve this please.

Three days back I tried logging into my Facebook account I got this error message (on the image below). I didn't panic thinking it was a general problem but later discovered Facebook is working fine for others so I decided to try again but still got the error message. Since then, I have tried recovering my account and resetting password even did identify verification but after all attempt to login I still get the error message. Please I have tried googling but can't find any helful information on how to resolve this particular issue of error message. Can I get help from anyone here or direction on how to contact Facebook customer services.
