I don't use bitcoin.com bcash wallet , but you can return the bitcoin if you can export your keys and import them in a bitcoin wallet since the addresses are the same
so try that if the wallet allows you to export the keys , or try contacting their support cause they should be able to help you with that easily as long as you still have access to that address

The support of almost all the exchanges or wallets are never going to reply, they all are collapsed.

Today ledger has been down for more than six hours, everybody was panicking.

The same happened with trezor a few days ago, and with coinbase. They are not going to reply to a dumb question.

It can be done on the blockchain.info wallet if i am not wrong. and in BreadWallet and copay
