It's been a while since I have used stick miners. What I always had better luck with was typing out the commands and seeing where the error is. This way you know exactly what line is causing it.

I used avalon 3 nano devices, and bfgminer.
I made .bat script and tried, but it wasnt work.
my script is :
bfgminer ^
-S ICA:\\.\COM16 -S ICA:\\.\COM21 -S ICA:\\.\COM22 -S ICA:\\.\COM24 ^
-o stratum.btcguild.com:3333 -O USERNAME:PASSWORD ^
--set-device ICA:baud=115200 ^
--set-device ICA:reopen=timeout ^
--set-device ICA:work_division=1 ^
--set-device ICA:fpga_count=1 ^
--set-device ICA:probe_timeout=100 ^
--set-device ICA:timing=0.22 ^
--api-listen 2>log ^
-D -T
when use this script, i can see screen : http://imgur.com/HDsFOuH
at the same time, my devices's LED Lights were turn to Red(before : green), and soon, turn to green again.
waiting long term after that, cmd window termination.
so.. how could i do?
(If use bitminter client, it says "Probe of port COM22 failed: timeout".)
