LOL, it obviously is him considering that he made that thread only minutes after being told to use the account he was having trouble getting accepted into the campaign and the account had 120 activity and 121 posts after he created the thread

Why don't you post with that account? lolWhat is the identity of that account? Without disclosing it's name, the best help anyone is going to be able to give you is to tell you to make sure the entire code is in the signature area. It is also possible that it's rank has not yet adjusted if it recently received it's 120th activity point.

You need to be at least a full member to join their signature campaign. Also signature restrictions on newbies are going to prevent you from being able to display their full signature.
