No offence mate but it seems you have got the whole concept of being part of a forum you know. You are here to make contributions to the growth of this forum through your discussions on the forum and also learn from other members. Earning from this forum is a secondary issue and should not be your top most priority. Smiley

Yes, Now I understand that this forum is not only for earning money. So that I start to make some good post. I am trying to my best to contribute to this forum. You can check my profile I am avoiding to one line post and trying to make constructive post. I know maximum newbie join in this forum for only earn money. But Now I am gather my knowledge by this forum and trying to contribute to this forum.
You look like your trying your best but what your posting is also generic which means hundreds of members have already posted it before you. You are also typing it at big fonts on bold which is highly unnecessary as just putting it on bold font is already enough to highlight it. I also notice you have joined a bounty campaign already it only means that you are really here for the money and not to really contribute something good in the forum.

Well as far as what I have observed Newbies that tend to focus on making money here in the forum have the highest chance of breaking a rule and therefore be banned right away. Sad to see new members here entering the forum seeing that this is their way to earn income it effects the forum badly. They are the ones who create spam posts, one-liners, and also plagiarism in order to earn money. As a friendly advice you should need to change on what you think the forum is and actually try to learn something out of it as I really don't want to see more people being guided to just earn money.

If you are really from coindesk, then you should know the answers, or declare your affiliation.

If you aren't, then you should delete this account, and avoid running the risk of being accused of misrepresentation, or passing off.

He's not obviously. Don't know why he used an identical name to Coindesk but not a big deal after all, at least on my own view.

Why is almost every new bird entering this forum always so concern about jobs, earning and so on.  I must be frank with you guys you have a very wrong perception of the forum the primary purpose of the forum was not for employment purposes. First learn what you need to learn in cryptocurrency space

That's the impression since then. Let those newbies understand that it's not as easy as they think.

To OP:

Familiarize yourself first on the forum interface. It's difficult to navigate if you are not used to it. Believed me as you progress, you will soon learn and understand what things you gonna do. No need to jump quickly to another level. If after a long period of staying here and still you are struggling to know what to do, then crypto or this forum might not be suitable to you.

You can have your first stop at your [ DO NOT POST SESC LINKS #5local community] DO NOT POST SESC LINKS #5local community[/url]. That's what I did at first.

Come on. Explore. Spend time on it.

Is there any other way to bypass the merit system and get higher Rank?
There is no way to bypass the system, you are basically asking if there is a way to cheat your way up to a higher rank. You need to contribute and if someone likes your contribution they will merit your posts.

Because unfortunately, some(a significant number I assume) of the people here on Bitcointalk are advertising Bitcointalk as such. It's very evident through the posts of the referred members always stating something like "my friend told me I can earn money here" or something. Like seriously.

Okay, there are several ways to make money from this forum. The easiest method is signature bounty campaigns. Most project owners paying their own coin or token to participants for wearing their signature with making weekly posts on here. But you have to be a Jr. Member to wear signatures. You have to make good posts to increase your activities and merit. The activities and merit are helping to rank up your account.

The next method is signature ad campaigns. It seems like bounty campaigns but those campaigns paid via Bitcoin and only accept high-quality members with top ranks.

Another method is the marketplace. If you have some skills like making forum signatures, bounty management, graphic design etc, you can offer those services in the marketplace section.

You have to understand one thing, there is no easy method to make money. You have to work hard with your skills. My personal opinion is just to learn something little about trading and put some little money for trade. You can make some Bitcoin with trading.

Welcome to the forum, make sure you read the rules and the sticky posts so that you know what you can and cant do here in order to not get banned.

There are several ways in which you can earn Bitcoin and Crypto. I assume you are talking about earning money by taking part in signature campaigns. Considering that you are new here and Newbie (by rank) it will be difficult for you to be accepted in a Bitcoin signature campaign. They are reserved for higher ranked members. You first need to contribute to the forum, get your activity level up and earn some merits and after that start thinking about making money with your account.
Some Altcoin signature campaigns accept Jr. Members but the payouts are very low. But that can be a start if you like that kind of thing. You can then convert those Alts into Bit[Suspicious link removed]d luck.

Is it Difficult To earn Merit? I saw some of Newbie has 150-200 Activity but they have no Merit. Is this really very Difficult to get high Rank? If I never get Merit then What can I do? Is there any other way to bypass the merit system and get higher Rank?

Buff, where to start … Ok first things first: The forum is not a job providing site, nor should it be seen as one. Some people may make a certain living out of it, but those are the least, and I mean the least. If you consider yourself skilled in any way, then you can offer your services in the Services board, or scout for current demands on that board. Bare in mind that this is not Linkedin or similar.

If you want to earn Bitcoin by posting on the forum, then follow the third link provided by @mjglqw. There are very few BTC paying campaigns, and therefore, the requirements are high and you really cannot even opt in general until you are a Member or above. On top of that, there are very few available slots at any time, and you need to be a rather decent poster with all that is entailed by that assertion.

There are easy tasks (not jobs) around that, for some personal individual weird twisted motive, normally imply, by derivation of the individual’s will, to post spam all around and perform idiotic repetitive social media task in exchange for some worthless token (more often than not). Trust me, I tried it very very briefly, and it diminishes one’s self-esteem and virtuosity. It can often lead one to spam one-liners as if there was no tomorrow and, as a result, get you banned and back to square one … well, not really, if you end up banned you are banned for good, so it isn’t really square one.

The forum is really about gaining knowledge, staying on top of the latest, a bit of (virtual) social interaction and brawls here and there, and that’s about it for most of us. It could entail some complementary perks, but in no way should it be seen as a life support system.
