I was hoping to do the standard litecoin with dogecoin merge mine. Thanks for any advice.
You can see comparison of Scrypt ASIC miners in https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=18408.0 or http://www.vnbitcoin.org/litecoincalculator.php. Do the calculation on vnbitcoin and buy the profitable one. You can merge mine LTC+Doge by pointing to Ghash.io/LTC or you can mine profitable coin + Doge by pointing to Ghash.io/MULTI or multipool.us. If you want more profit, you can point it to Nicehash.com but the payouts are in BTC.
