I think op s problem is hes trying to open a .onion website on a normal browser. You wouldnt have been able to open that link at all unless you download tor to open it. If youve been to blockchain.com before its because its a different website. one is clearnet and the other darknet. this appears to be the problem.
the problem is he's using Tor browser so it will not be able to open the wallet, the only way is to use another browser such as chrome, Mozilla, etc.

Just load your backup into another wallet.
