I don't know what's about that comma in the address, but it's strange and may be the key to your problem. Is that withdraw address at a service provider (online wallet, exchange)? Can that ending part be a payment ID?
You should indeed try to find out more about that comma. I think that there is a chance that your actual address is the part from before the comma.
Maybe you should ask in the Monero thread, since the ones there could know much more.

For me it doesn't look like a hack. Instead a possible feature removed at that mining site or even in Monero.

I'm very sorry for you. I had a problem with NEO and never got results. The NEO application on my computer has been reset and I cannot retrieve my NEOs because I did not backup PK ...

Hopefully you can get a result for XMR.

Have you tried asking on reddit.com/r/monero?

The mods and developers hang out there.

Yeah I've asked several times and they continue to tell me I need to contact Monero. I showed them how the address changed and my account was not hacked due to 2FA. I will see what I can find out from them (again).

Thanks

Monero address is 95 chars long.  Integrated address is 106 chars.  You should check with Genesis Mining why the address changed.

If anyone can help me understand what is happening, I would greatly appreciate it. I bought a contract at Genesis Mining in 2017 for Monero. It is a 2 year contract and I have it setup to automatically send my cashouts to my offline Monero wallet. Everything was fine until March of last year when I noticed the wallet address changed and since then I have not received a single payment. I contacted Genesis and they advised me everything is fine and I should seek help with the Monero community.

Below is a screenshot from my Genesis account. As you can see there is a change to my cashout address but I did not make this change. My wallet has this exact address but without the characters after the , (comma) but I have been stuck on 6 monero for almost a year.

I downloaded the latest version of the wallet with no luck. Can someone shed some light as to what is happening?

Thanks

I actually have no ideas but maybe just maybe genesis mining have asics miners to mine and they kept mining bitmans XMO. So when Monero forked from ASICs you started receiving XMO instead of XMR.  Why I think is this case is because fork happened around March.  So you should basically get XMO wallet or Monero wallet from more then a year ago to claim those XMO. But they are not really worth claiming Tongue

You should ask for help in the Monero announcement thread. Did you add another receiving address in your wallet? But you old address should still be available.
Or is it a problem with Genesis Mining? Maybe they have changed their software and don't accept the character ',' when they send your Monero? As it can sometimes be used to separate columns in a text file.
But the sending address was still valid? The address did have the other characters after the ',' ?
I have never seen an adress with a ',' character before.
You should ask Genesis Mining to control if their software accept the character ',' in a Monero address.

Regarding on your concern of the missing monero, if your wallet the genesis mining that is set to receive the coins was changed, it can be possible that your account in genesis mining has been hacked and they change the receiving address. And on that case, you cannot recover your lost monero.
