Yeah, it is a good piece of hardware! Its partly due to your praise of the machines why I bought mine but the settings are realy confusing... I can´t seem to get it to run higher then 1500gh and even at that setting my asics overheat... but due to your settings (thanks again) it seems to be running stable at 1341gh now...

I guess 29 degree celsius is just too hot of a ambient temp. to get full power out of it...

I will move into a new location soon (i rented it specificaly for my rigs because it is next to a hydro-powerplant willing to sell me at 0.09 euro/KWh)   Tongue and it is much colder there... can´t wait to share my results once the inflow temp. is down to 10  Grin

Hi!

I used different settings but that didn´t help much... but by setting everything to a lower wattage I got better results... still weird a bit but not as bad as before... I also tryed your settings and it seems to have gotten a lot better, thanks! Smiley

it has to do with the voltages to watts ratio's   ..

I have not quite figure it perfectly.

Also these chips are more like a gpu chip  or more like a cpu chip it that any chip can be 5 or 10% better then the one next to it and you will see the difference .

I had Identical gpu's on identical motherboards back in 2012  and one would do 600mh and the other would only do 570mh.

Still in all I like the sp20's more then any miner I ever owned.  I have owned a lot of different miners.

Antminer S-1, S-3, S-5, U-1, U-2

Bitfury usb sticks red, blue, ice , nano, 2x nano

Asic Miner Usb 333 sticks, blades, cubes, tubes, prisma

Rockminer  35gh rounds  100gh boxes

Spondoolies sp20

18  different 256 asic miners  in house.

A few gridseed rounds in house

14 gridseed blades in house

A piece of a KNC Jupiter --------------Hosted

A piece of a black arrow/bit fury -------Hosted

A dragon miner --------------------------Hosted

I like the Sp20 as best .

I like the antminer s-3 as second best.

*Bump*

Please help! It started shutting off randomly by now and I´m getting worried something is wrong... Sad

I´d be very grateful for all suggestions!

yeah it happens.  show all your volts

show all your watts  in this exmple I have your problem. If I see all the settings on the settings page I can suggest a different ratio then you are doing.

my settings reduced the problem a lot.  my guess for you is bump the first 3 settings of 120 to 135 leave the last setting at 120

this should pull 15 + 15 + 15 = 45 off the last loop

my real numbers  I have your problem but to a lower degree.

Dear fellow Bitcoin enthusiasts...
I have a little problem with  my SP20... set all the voltages to the same settings and yet i get this very weird asic readout

Tryed changing the starting voltage and max wattage but no real change noticable...  Huh
